Silah Gulf — Website & UX Enhancement
This graduation project focused on redesigning Silah Gulf’s digital experience to address long response times, chat dissatisfaction, and limited awareness of its role in training Jobs Plus recruits. I developed a refined, user-centered website supported by chatbot integration and an embedded scheduling feature to streamline inquiries and reduce operational strain during peak periods. The solution improves clarity, accessibility, and overall service efficiency while strengthening communication with job seekers.
